Outside and Inside defenses are fundamental to understanding krav maga, but too often we learn the basics, think we have them mastered, and move on. Just because something is straight forward and fundamental does not mean it is easy. But if you understand the "why", the "how" will make more sense and you will see how truly effective and dominating you can be when you correctly execute outside and inside defenses correctly in conjunction with your attack.
